The Role: The Digital Experience Solutions Specialist supports the execution of digital experience initiatives by building, configuring, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. This role works collaboratively with the Digital Experience Project Coordinator and cross‑functional teams to implement approved technologies and ensure they are adopted, optimized, and used effectively. By delivering practical digital solutions and automation, this role helps PBS maximize the value of its technology investments and improve how teams work and interact every day. This position is based out of our Calgary head office. This is not a remote work opportunity. Job Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain digital solutions that support organizational goals, productivity and quality experience initiatives across PBS. Translate requirements into functional, scalable digital solutions. Execute approved digital initiatives by implementing solutions that improve processes, workflows, interactions, and efficiency. Test, refine, and iterate on solutions to ensure usability, reliability, and alignment with corporate goals. Build and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Power Flow), and Power Pages. Help utilize Microsoft Copilot to develop, implement, deploy and maintain agentic software solutions across the organization. Leverage SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot agents to improve collaboration, content management, and automation. Support optimization of existing tools to ensure PBS is fully utilizing their capabilities. Stay current on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform updates and identify opportunities to apply new features where appropriate. Design and implement automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency. Support process digitization initiatives by enabling efficient, repeatable, and scalable workflows. Monitor and maintain Power Platform solutions to ensure performance and reliability. Identify opportunities for improvement through automation and low‑code solutions. Work closely with the Digital Experience Project Coordinator to execute planned digital experience initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and incorporate feedback. Support implementation timelines by contributing technical expertise and support. Assist with post‑implementation refinements based on usage and feedback. Create and maintain documentation related to digital solutions, workflows, and tools. Ensure documentation is clear, usable, and aligned with corporate standards. Support enablement by helping teams to use implemented tools effectively. Assist with transitions of solution ownership to appropriate teams once implementations are complete.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field. Experience supporting digital solutions, automation, or technological initiatives. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate/Power Flor, Power Pages, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents (or equivalent) Experience with low‑code / no‑code development concepts. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate, design, and implement digital tools and solutions. Ability to translate requirements into practical, user‑friendly solutions. Excellent organization and time‑management skills. Fluent in English, and exceptional communication skills are required. (French is an asset). Attention to detail and commitment to quality execution. Comfortable working with project management and collaboration tools. Able to manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to work collaboratively in both a team atmosphere and independently. Ability to handle difficult situations in a positive and professional manner. Ability to be flexible and a fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing work environment. Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and capabilities. Experience supporting digital transformation or technology enablement initiatives. Automotive or dealership industry experience is an asset.
