What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be a key member of our HR team, providing both administrative and recruitment support, including:
- Managing and tracking sensitive documentation and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
- Handling confidential information and HR-related matters with professionalism.
- Providing administrative support including filing, uploading, and data entry management.
- Processing leave requests, updating records, and coordinating HR events and initiatives.
- Supporting recruitment efforts — assisting with job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Jumping in to help the team wherever needed — because we succeed together.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks across different systems with precision.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
