  • Our Hybrid Workplace Policy establishes that associates need to have a reliable transportation to and from our corporate head office located in Boucherville (Quebec), to come to the office on a regular basis.
  • We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written.
  • 1 days office / 4 days remote

Reporting to the Head of the Marketing Studio, the Marketing Copywriter plays an active role in creating inspiring and engaging content that showcases the brand across its various communication channels—both digital and print.

As a true ambassador of the brand’s voice and personality, you will play a key role in crafting impactful, consistent, and audience-tailored messaging.

Primary Responsibilities

Multichannel Marketing Copywriting:
Develop and write compelling content aligned with the brand voice for a variety of platforms — emails, e-commerce banners, flyers, advertisements, and other digital or print materials.

Message Creation and Adaptation:
Develop slogans, headlines, and product descriptions that authentically reflect the brand’s identity and values.

Translation and Linguistic Adaptation:
Adapt content between French and English while respecting the cultural nuances of both the Quebec and Canadian markets.

Market Awareness and Inspiration:
Stay up to date on market trends and best communication practices to enrich the brand’s tone and enhance message relevance.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, design, e-commerce, and brand teams to ensure message consistency and communication effectiveness.

Secondary Responsibilities

Linguistic Support:
Assist with proofreading and text standardization using automated editing tools, ensuring overall terminological and stylistic consistency.

Circular Content Alignment:
When required, ensure tone and style consistency in product descriptions featured in flyers — though this is not a primary responsibility.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bilingualism (French/English): Exceptional command of both languages, spoken and written.
  • Strong Brand Sensibility: Ability to understand and embody the brand’s unique personality and bring it to life in every message.
  • Outstanding Writing Skills: Proven talent for producing clear, persuasive, and audience-appropriate copy across multiple channels.
  • Creativity and Strategic Thinking: Ability to turn ideas into distinctive messages aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Digital Copywriting Expertise: Understanding of digital content strategies that balance SEO and user experience (an asset).
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy, quality, and consistency in all deliverables.
  • Organization and Autonomy: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools (an asset).
