Are you an experienced dental receptionist who takes pride in delivering a truly outstanding patient experience? What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming patients with professionalism and warmth — in person and by phone; Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily schedule flow Handling insurance claims, billing, and financial coordination. Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical correspondence Communicating professionally with patients, referring clinicians, and insurers Supporting a smooth, efficient, and positive front-desk operation.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of dental or medical administration experience — this is a firm requirement Proficiency with Dentrix dental software strongly preferred Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills — you will be communicating daily with patients, clinicians, and insurance providers and must do so at a consistently professional, articulate level Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure A genuinely warm personality and a strong patient-first mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We Offer: Competitive pay: $23.00 – $30.00/hour based on experience A positive, award-winning team culture where your work is valued Modern, beautifully equipped office with hospital-grade air filtration Professional development and growth opportunities.
