The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Maintenance Trades Supervisor on a permanent basis on our Maintenance & Reliability team. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

What you’ll do:
You will lead and manage a team of trade employees, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work. Key responsibilities include:

Setting safety, performance, and development expectations for all trade groups reporting to this position and conducting regular field audits to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in a cost-effective manner aligned with maintenance schedules.

Leading, mentoring, and supervising direct reports, including performance management, attendance, and disciplinary processes.

Assigning and directing work based on employee competencies to optimize productivity and outcomes.

Identifying and resolving work delays and roadblocks to support timely repairs and reviewing completed work orders for accuracy and quality.

Supporting the development and monitoring of daily and weekly schedules to meet operational and customer needs.

Developing and implementing safe work practices and procedures for the trade team.

Promoting a strong safety culture through initiatives such as stretch programs, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.

Contributing to asset management strategies, including equipment repair plans, reliability improvements, and upgrade recommendations.
Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will work closely with a team of Equipment Mechanics / Pipefitters and other Maintenance Supervisors, reporting into the Maintenance Trades Manager. This team strives to cultivate a culture of safety, efficiency and teamwork.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

Have 8+ years of progressive trades experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience.

Have a Grade 12 diploma plus an Interprovincial Journeyperson or Proficiency certificate in one of the designated trades within Saskatchewan (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Pipefitter trade.
