About The Role
The Graphic Designer at Viral Nation plays a vital role in elevating our business development efforts by creating compelling pitch decks, RFP responses, and visual mockups that showcase our creative capabilities. This position involves translating strategic ideas and concepts into visually engaging stories that clearly communicate our value proposition to potential clients. The ideal candidate will support the creative team by producing high-quality design assets, collaborating with strategists and project managers, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards and project objectives. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently under tight deadlines, stay updated on industry trends, and effectively incorporate feedback to refine designs. Qualifications
1-2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer Hands-on experience with graphic design including creative ideation, logo design, typography, color theory, web layout, social media graphics, mockups, and pitch deck design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creative thinking Experience with Google Slides and other presentation tools Ability to incorporate feedback effectively and adapt to direction Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to conceptualize creative ideas independently Understanding of the RFP process and experience designing pitch deck templates Relevant education or professional training in graphic design or related fields
Responsibilities
Support the creative team in developing pitch decks, RFP responses, and visual mockups using Google Slides and other formats as required Generate innovative ideas and concepts in collaboration with strategists and creative colleagues Create sketches, storyboards, and rough drafts to visualize concepts and communicate ideas effectively Understand marketing initiatives, target audiences, and strategic positioning for each brand to tailor visual content accordingly Manage the entire design process from initial concept to final execution within tight deadlines Present completed designs to team members, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain current and impactful Coordinate with other departments to produce assets and materials needed for RFPs and internal projects Ensure all creative outputs align with Viral Nation’s brand standards and project objectives
