Position: Technical Business Developer (Equity-First Growth Role) We are seeking a motivated Technical Business Developer to lead outreach, customer engagement, and early-stage commercialization of our coating technologies. This role is central to expanding adoption of our solutions in the packaging industry across Canada, North America, and global markets. This is a high-growth, early-stage opportunity with an initial equity-based compensation model, transitioning to a competitive salary once the company establishes consistent commercial revenue streams.
