- We bring SAP technical expertise across technical PMO, architecture, integration, data & reporting, security, custom development, system build & administration, and testing.
- We’ve worked with some of the biggest enterprises in utilities and the public sector such as Hydro One, Liberty Utilities, the Government of Canada, and the Province of Ontario.
- We’re a team of 50+ staff and a network of 200+ alumni with 17+ years of experience delivering SAP solutions.
What you’ll do
- Act as an integrator, facilitator, and technical specialist providing analytical capabilities to large-scale, transformational initiatives with widespread organizational reach.
- Work in partnership with the Enterprise Resource Planning – SAP team and other departments to apply deep business analysis expertise.
- Help stakeholders bridge the gap between complex, long-term business outcomes and the detailed functions and features required in project solutions.
- Identify, define, and ensure solutions maximize the value delivered to the organization and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business context and priorities.
- Support business units in defining business cases required for project approval.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions with diverse audiences to foster creative thinking, generate new ideas/solutions, and analyze their effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements based on in-depth knowledge of end-to-end processes and business architecture.
- Support processes, procedures, and documentation related to anticipating, quantifying, managing, and controlling project risks.
- Apply organizational change management methods (e.g., ADKAR) to support acceptance of project solutions and overcome resistance to change.
What you'll need
Mandatory Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of hands-on experience with SAP modules including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Workforce Software, Ariba, and Concur.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP implementations and enhancements.
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, user experience design principles, and integration between SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware and APIs.
- Working knowledge of project and program management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Scrum.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis).
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing business conditions, deliver results under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and balance conflicting needs.
