About the role

Who you are

  • If you have 2+ years of experience in an SDR or outbound sales role (ideally in B2B SaaS) and are eager to make a direct impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven company, we’d love to meet you
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • A proven ability to hit and exceed outbound targets through disciplined, high-quality prospecting
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you engage prospects quickly and clearly articulate our value
  • Technically proficient—comfortable with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and multi-channel outreach
  • Process-driven and organized, with a structured approach to managing sequences, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene
  • Curious, coachable, and resilient—you learn fast, handle rejection well, and continually refine your approach
  • Creative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment and adjusting to different personas and industries
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, working closely with AEs and cross-functional teams to optimize handoffs
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, eager to grow your career and contribute to a world-class sales organization
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficiency using Hubspot

  • Now, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team
  • In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving pipeline growth by owning top-of-funnel outreach—identifying prospects, generating conversations, and qualifying opportunities for our sales team
  • You’ll bring curiosity, empathy, and a consultative mindset to every interaction, helping coworking operators discover the tools they need to succeed
  • You’ll have a defined 6-month pathway to advance into an Account Executive role as you ramp and excel
  • Prospect outbound across email, LinkedIn, calls, and more to generate pipeline and book qualified meetings
  • Research accounts, identify key personas, and craft personalized outreach that speaks to real pain points
  • Run high-quality discovery conversations that surface challenges and tee up strong opportunities
  • Clearly articulate the value of Optix and how it fits each prospect’s needs
  • Keep your sequences, follow-ups, and CRM (HubSpot) spotless and up to date
  • Partner closely with AEs to refine messaging, improve qualification, and optimize handoffs
  • Bring front-line insights to Marketing and Sales to sharpen campaigns and outreach
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline created
