About the role
Position Information The Coordinator 3, Training is responsible for the organization, implementation, and evaluation of ongoing training activities for TOH staff within UKG.
This role develops and coordinates the creation of training procedures, educational content/curriculums, and reference materials in accordance with regulatory guidelines and with the goal of identifying and mitigating risks and gaps in process quality. The Training Coordinator would also provide recommendations and effective leadership that fosters employee
commitment to operational objectives and efficient delivery of services.
Rotation/Shifts Days, 8 hour shifts

What You Will Do
- Responsible for the organization, implementation, and evaluation of ongoing training activities for TOH staff with respect to UKG Pro WFM and staff scheduling process and procedurres;
- Responsible for planning, designing, developing, coordinating, delivering and evaluating standard and specialized training sessions on business processes associated with staff scheduling and with the UKG scheduling software;
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating education tools, communication and other relevant materials as required;
- Responsible for delivering educational training to the ESS Team, TOH employees, managers, schedulers and TOH partners;
- Responsible for coordinating and providing post-training evaluation and support, continuous learning opportunities, and mentoring to the Employee Scheduling Services team and clients;
- Collaborate with the UKG Support Team, ESS Management, ESS Quality Team, the Employee Scheduling Service team, and client groups to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
Basic Requirements
- Four-year Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Adult Education, or related discipline;
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in computerized staff scheduling in a complex, unionized environment, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Demonstrated knowledge of Employee Scheduling System;
- Knowledge of TOH Collective Agreements, TOH Policies, and the Employment Standards Act;
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Suite, Outlook);
- Excellent coordinating and project management skills;
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to lead and motivate people;
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to analyze individual and group learning difficulties to determine appropriate learning strategies;
- Experience working in a corporate trainer role, developing and delivering training materials;
- Previous experience with course development, including experience in the development of curriculum and learning activities;
