About the Work Our studio partners with global brands and emerging companies alike. Our teams collaborate across disciplines to produce engaging visual content across a multitude of platforms.

AsResource Coordinator, you’ll help support the creative teams behind this work by ensuring projects are properly staffed, schedules stay organized, and artists have the structure they need to focus on the craft.

The Opportunity We’re looking for an organized and proactiveResource Coordinatorto support our creative teams and help keep studio projects running smoothly. This role reports to theDirector of Talent & Resourcing.

This role is a great entry point into the world ofcreative studio operations, where you’ll gain exposure to how creative projects are planned and executed.

###What You'll Be Doing

-Help Coordinate Studio Talent Work with producers to help schedule motion designers, editors, designers, and directors across multiple projects. -Support Project Planning Collaborate with production and creative leads to understand timelines, project needs, and staffing requirements. -Keep an Eye on Team Capacity Monitor team workload and help flag potential scheduling conflicts or bandwidth challenges. Escalate major availability conflicts and outstanding needs in advance to allow enough time for problem-solving. -Maintain Scheduling Tools Keep project schedules and resource assignments organized and up to date in our project management software so teams have clear visibility into upcoming work. -Support Studio Operations Assist in tracking resource utilization and helping the team stay organized as multiple projects move through the studio. -Help Improve Processes As you learn the studio’s production pipeline, contribute ideas that help streamline scheduling and team coordination. -A Day in the Life On a typical day, you might update project schedules, check team availability for an upcoming project, reach out to freelancers to supplement staff availability, and coordinate with producers about staffing needs, all to ensure that artists are booked on the right projects at the right time.

###What You'll Bring

-Experience 1–3 years of experience in office coordination, operations, project support, or a fast-paced team environment. This could include internships, student organizations, studio experience, or other collaborative roles. -Organization & Attention to Detail A strong ability to track schedules, tasks, and priorities across multiple projects. -Communication Skills Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate across creative and production teams. -Tools Familiarity with project management tools such as CETA, Monday.com, Notion, or similar platforms is helpful but not required. -Adaptability Comfort working in a fast-paced creative environment where priorities are known to shift. -Creative Curiosity A curiosity about motion design, animation, or digital creative work—even if you’re not a designer yourself. -Studio Mindset You enjoy working with creative people and understand that great work often comes from collaboration, experimentation, and a little bit of organized chaos.

  • How creative teams balancecraft, deadlines, and client expectations

This role is designed as agrowth opportunity. Many people who begin in resource coordination develop into roles such asResource Manager or Producer as they gain experience with studio workflows and creative production.
