Duties to commence January 5, 2026 and will continue for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year

Duties will include providing individual assistance to students with diverse needs within an inclusive classroom
Qualifications:

Experience working with students with complex needs

Ability to formulate strong and healthy relationships

Effective oral and written communication skills
-
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality
-
Calm and patient approach to solving problems and assisting with coregulation
-
Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-orientated learning environment

Ability to work one on one or with a student in an inclusive environment

Background and/or experience with complex behavioural needs

Ability to be flexible in assigned duties; may include personal care and hygiene
