About the role
Safety-Kleen in our Nepean, ON is seeking a Vac Driver/ Operator. The Vac Driver/ Operator is responsible for providing vacuum services for commercial/industrial customers to complete full product offering. Assists customers in complying with all federal/state/local environmental regulations. This role will work within all local, provincial, and federal rules and regulations; and follow all Safety-Kleen policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Complete daily scheduled services, in a timely manner.
- Complete all required documentation.
- Generate / collect leads from customers for new products and services. Actively prospect for new accounts in assigned route.
- Primary account ownership in assigned route.; Sell additional products and services into existing accounts.
- Follow all local, provincial and federal compliance regulations and rules.
- Safely operate vehicles in accordance with provincial) and federal requirements.
- May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.
Qualifications
- License: DZ / AZ Air brakes
- Years of experience: 3 to 5 years
- Physically fit
- Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and math skills
- Sales aptitude
- Good written and oral communication skills
