**Position: Clinical Systems Integration Analyst
Department: Information Systems** The North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC) is seeking a Clinical Systems Integration Analyst to support and optimize cardiology imaging systems and integrations. Reporting to the Manager of Informatics & Information Systems, the role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and efficient clinical workflows in collaboration with clinical and Information Technology Systems (ITS) stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES of this position include but will not be limited to:
- Configure, maintain, and support cardiology PACS/CPACS systems, including echo, ECG/EKG, and other cardiology imaging applications
- Manage integrations between cardiology imaging systems and enterprise platforms such as PACS/VNA, Clinical Information Systems (CIS), and MEDITECH Expanse EHR using DICOM, HL7/FHIR, and IHE standards
- Troubleshoot imaging, modality, workflow, and patient matching issues
- Optimize cardiology imaging workflows and system performance
- Configure routing rules, modality worklists, archiving, and viewer integrations
- Participate in system implementations, procurement, upgrades, migrations, and projects
- Develop system documentation and provide user training
- Coordinate with vendor support, upgrades, and change control
- Collaborate with IT, Cardiorespiratory, IDM, and clinical stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all privacy, security, and data standards (e.g., PHIPA, DICOM, IHE)
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals
- Provide after-hours on-call support as required
Qualifications Certification/Experience/Knowledge:
- PACS/Imaging Informatics and/or programming education from an accredited institution preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in healthcare IT, imaging informatics, or clinical application support
- Minimum of 3 years supporting cardiology imaging systems or modalities (e.g., echo, ECG/EGM)
- Strong knowledge of DICOM, HL7/FHIR, IHE and modality integration
- Experience with Interfaceware or interterface engine preferred
- MEDITECH experience (especially IDM) considered an asset
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bilingualism (Advanced level English/French) is an asset

It provides acute care services to North Bay and its surrounding communities, it is the district referral centre providing specialist services for smaller communities in the area, and it is the specialized mental health service provider serving all of northeast Ontario
NBRHC has 389 beds and numerous outpatient and outreach services in North Bay and throughout the northeast region.
NBRHC is one of four major acute care hospitals serving northeast Ontario; the others being Sault Area Hospital, Timmins and District Hospital and Health Sciences North (Sudbury). The area is also served by small community hospitals like Mattawa and West Nipissing General hospitals.
