About the role

Kitchener Ford is currently seeking a Tire Organizer to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for the daily organization of our tire inventory which includes pulling tires and re-storing tires in accordance with established processes and procedures. This role is also responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members and improving efficiencies whenever possible.

Required Qualifications:

  • Process driven with impeccable organization and prioritization abilities

Candidates must possess:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Must be able to physically able to handle the demands of the job which includes regular lifting and work outdoors in inclement weather conditions
