We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable and dedicated Learning Support & Cover Assistant (Preparatory Divisions) (LSCA) to provide high-quality support to students across the Preparatory Divisions (Reception – Year 6).
Description The School requires: Learning Support & Cover Assistant Salary: £22,339pa–£24,588pa (actual); FTE £26,208pa–£28,846pa Full-time, term-time only Discounted annual membership of New Hall Sports Lunch without charge in term time Excellent benefits & CPD We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable and dedicated Learning Support & Cover Assistant (Preparatory Divisions) (LSCA) to provide high-quality support to students across the Preparatory Divisions (Reception – Year 6) with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is a full-time, term-time only role that is varied and rewarding, combining one-to-one support, small group intervention and in-class assistance.
New Hall School offers an exceptional working environment. The main campus occupies the stunning Grade I listed former Tudor palace of Beaulieu. The School’s conference and events venue is at the Grade I listed Boreham House, one mile away. New Hall is a warm, welcoming, and supportive community, with a staff of around 300. Beaulieu Park railway station is at the entrance to New Hall’s Avenue: 30 minutes to Stratford and 38 minutes to London Liverpool Street. The Elizabeth Line at Shenfield (13 minutes by train) terminates at Heathrow airport. There are nearby airports: London Stansted, London Southend and London City.
