About the role
Le rôle de l’équipe de vente en magasin est d’offrir une expérience client conforme à la marque et à la vision de VinFast, d’interagir avec les clients afin de susciter l’enthousiasme autour de la marque et de ses produits, et de les accompagner tout au long du processus menant à l’acquisition d’un véhicule VinFast.
Le Conseiller de Vente Senior est responsable de la vente directe des véhicules électriques VinFast aux clients. Ce poste couvre l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection à l’achat, et implique le suivi rigoureux de toutes les activités commerciales et clients.
Par ailleurs, le Conseiller de Vente Senior est également chargé de la gestion, de l’encadrement et de la formation d’une petite équipe de Conseillers Commerciaux Juniors. Grâce à son expérience significative, il aide ses collègues juniors à devenir des professionnels de la vente accomplis, capables d’atteindre leurs objectifs de performance tout en garantissant une expérience client de premier ordre.
Le Conseiller de Vente Senior collabore activement avec l’ensemble des équipes VinFast, tant au détail qu’en gros, dans un esprit de coopération étroite.
RESPONSABILITÉS ET ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES :
- Représenter les valeurs de VinFast à chaque interaction client, en démontrant une forte passion et en suscitant l’enthousiasme des clients rejoignant la communauté VinFast
- Travailler dans un environnement matriciel, multi-niveaux et centré sur le client, en coopération avec les clients et les membres de l’équipe
- Faire preuve d’excellence dans l’ensemble des activités professionnelles
- Gérer activement le portefeuille de prospects et de leads afin de convertir les opportunités en livraisons
- Encadrer une équipe de Conseillers Commerciaux Juniors, en leur fournissant supervision, conseils et mentorat
- Maîtriser et maintenir une connaissance approfondie de toutes les fonctionnalités et caractéristiques des produits VinFast
- Devenir un expert référent sur les véhicules électriques (VE) et le marché concurrentiel
- Collaborer avec les autres départements internes ainsi qu’avec les partenaires externes afin d’assurer une expérience client fluide et cohérente
- Atteindre et dépasser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) définis par le Responsable des Ventes Showroom, pour les étapes de pré-livraison et post-livraison des véhicules
- Contribuer à une culture d’entreprise positive et inclusive, axée sur l’engagement, l’innovation et l’esprit d’équipe
- Respecter l’ensemble des standards de la marque VinFast, incluant la propreté et l’apparence du point de vente, la mise en avant des produits, le code vestimentaire, etc.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches ponctuelles selon les besoins.
The role of the in-store sales team is to provide a customer experience that is in line with VinFast's brand and vision, to interact with customers to build excitement around the brand and its products, and to accompany them throughout the process leading to the acquisition of a VinFast vehicle.
The Senior Sales Consultant is responsible for the direct sale of VinFast electric vehicles to customers. This position covers the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to purchase, and involves the rigorous monitoring of all commercial and customer activities.
In addition, the Senior Sales Consultant is also responsible for managing, mentoring and training a small team of Junior Sales Consultants. With his significant experience, he helps his junior colleagues become accomplished sales professionals who can achieve their performance goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
The Senior Sales Consultant actively collaborates with all VinFast teams, both retail and wholesale, in a spirit of close cooperation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
- Represent VinFast's values in every customer interaction, demonstrating strong passion and generating enthusiasm from customers joining the VinFast community
- Work in a matrix, multi-level, customer-centric environment, in cooperation with customers and team members
- Demonstrate excellence in all professional activities
- Actively manage the portfolio of leads and leads to convert opportunities into deliveries
- Mentor a team of Junior Sales Advisors, providing them with supervision, advice and mentoring
- Master and maintain a thorough knowledge of all the features and characteristics of VinFast products
- Become a leading expert on electric vehicles (EVs) and the competitive market
- Collaborate with other internal departments as well as external partners to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience
- Achieve and exceed the performance indicators (KPIs) defined by the Showroom Sales Manager, for the pre-delivery and post-delivery stages of the vehicles
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive corporate culture, focused on commitment, innovation and team spirit
- Respect all the standards of the VinFast brand, including the cleanliness and appearance of the point of sale, the highlighting of the products, theclothing code, etc.
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks as needed.
