Your Contribution:

Your main responsibilities

Englobe Calgary office is looking for an Hygiene Technician in an entry level position for environmental monitoring on mutiple sites per day.

We are consider someone to start on a contract basis.

  • Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules
  • Conduct projects in the industrial hygiene, potentially including, but not limited to: abatement monitoring, sample analysis through Polarised Light Microscopy (PCM) etc.;
  • Coordinates and performs field responsibilities, for environmental monitoring
  • Prepares deliverable documentation of various projects including, air monitoring reports, daily site inspection reports etc.;
  • Participates in office meetings and health and safety inspections;
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to scheduling changes and occasional overtime, evening or weekend work;
  • Travels worksites as assigned locally with potential travel to smaller communities including Edmonton.
  • Maintains a commitment to exceeding client expectations by consistently delivering high quality of work;
  • Handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy to maintains positive working relationships with all internal and external contacts;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Your Profile:

  • Possession of valid driver’s license required;
  • Possession of or eligibility to obtain security clearance required.
