About the Role
We’re currently hiring for an Assistant Department Manager, Pharmacy—a developmental leadership role designed to prepare you for future advancement into Pharmacy Manager positions.
As an Assistant Department Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting pharmacy operations, team development, and customer care. You’ll work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, drive business growth, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.What You’ll Do
Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and legislative requirements Promote professionalism, ethical business practices, and a strong work ethic Support efficient pharmacy operations, including staff productivity, training, and payroll management Lead resource planning, performance standards, and development initiatives Communicate and execute company policies, programs, and directives Maintain strong inventory control and operational accuracy Contribute to business development and help grow pharmacy sales and profitability Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, patient-first environment What You Bring
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy 2–3 years of pharmacy experience Proven supervisory and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of motivation, resourcefulness, and organizational discipline Strong business acumen and customer service mindset What We Offer
