About the role
Within the Soucy International unit, the Sales and Marketing Director serves as a strategic partner to senior management. He or she is responsible for revenue growth, market positioning, and product development in the motorsports sector.
The position focuses on business development, managing key accounts, and expanding business opportunities in an international manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Define and lead the business development strategy
- Ensure overall sales performance and revenue growth
- Develop and execute growth plans (customers, products, markets)
- Identify and develop business opportunities with current and potential customers
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers (OEMs and partners)
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure margin targets are met
- Define pricing strategies in collaboration with internal teams
- Analyze market trends and the competition to guide business decisions
- Monitor sales performance (KPIs) and report to management
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, management)
- Motivate, coach, and develop the sales team

With the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or marketing
- Over 10 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Team management experience (5+ years)
- Experience in a manufacturing and international environment
- Bilingualism (French/English)
