Job Details: 1st Shift Hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Starting Pay $19.85/ hr
This position will be responsible for Unloading Trucks. When not engaged in loading tankers or trucks, applicant will be required to work in production area as assigned by supervisor, responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe
work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud .
Must have 6 consecutive months of work within the last 1 year. **Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.** Relocation Assistance Eligible: No
