A challenging opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, committed individual to provide administrative support in the Medical Services and Admissions Areas of Millard Health.
Your responsibilities:
- Updates client or assessment information in appropriate data bases.
- Ensures medical supplies are appropriately stocked.
- Provides chaperoning assistance in examinations.
- Ensures examinations rooms are cleaned and prepped for examinations.
- Scheduling client diagnostics.
- Provides other administrative and back up support to other positions within Millard including the Front Reception and Referral Desk staff.
Your experience and skills:
- High school diploma supplemented with secretarial courses.
- Experience in a similar working environment.
- Computer and keyboarding skills along with experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills required.
- Excellent customer service and team skills.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Salary: $45,642.25 per annum (Salary Grade 3)
Successful candidate must reside in Alberta and be able to work in person from our Millard Health office as required. This position is temporary for a period of up to one year with the possibility of extension or permanency. Final candidates are required to undergo a security clearance as a condition of employment.

Funded by employer premiums, we provide cost-effective disability and liability coverage for work-related injury and illness. We compensate workers for lost income and coordinate the health care and other services they need to recover after a workplace injury.
