Join our organization as a key member of the Finance team. The accounting clerk will play a central part in the efficient management of tasks related to several areas of the Finance department, such as accounts payable, auditing, financial analysis, and payroll. Reporting to the Finance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information and managing the documentation associated with these functions.

Exciting challenges await you: over the coming years, you will actively participate in the transition to a new ERP system, in collaboration with the entire team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper follow-up of accounts payable, invoice coding, and the accuracy of disbursement entries.
• Process certain supplier payments.
• Collaborate with the sales audit team during peak periods or vacation coverage.
• Participate in the preparation of management reports in support of various financial analysts.
• Contribute to other related tasks to support the team.

Profile

• Education or professional experience in administration or accounting.
• Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, rigor, and discretion.
• Shows interest in acquiring new skills.
• Enjoys driving change and improving work methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English to effectively communicate with various stakeholders across the country.
