We are seeking an experienced Lead/ Sr Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience, specializing in Python, to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will design and implement robust software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex requirements into effective architectures, contributing to the company’s innovation and growth.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop scalable software architectures using Python to meet business objectives and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Implement best practices in software development and architecture to optimize performance and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and processes.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all architectural designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and align them with business strategies.
- Optimize existing systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead efforts in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project delivery.

What you need to have to be considered
