About the role

BRP seeks someone who can bring the emotions of riding our Can-Am Off-Road products to life through impactful marketing campaigns and activations that resonate with our unique and diverse audiences.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work in collaboration with all the consumer engagement and brand team, centers of excellence, and external agencies to support the best-in-class execution of our go-to-marketing campaigns and activations in North America.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Coordinate all the content adaptation for all channels (Web, CRM, Paid Media, Dealer Marketing,): brief, project management, proof-reading, trafficking

Manage the content adaptation budget with our internal production agency (Doo Studio)

Support the consumer engagement team with the project management and logistics of marketing initiatives such as media partnerships support, brand activation support, contests, events, adhoc activations, etc.

Coordinate the execution of promotions with the Retail marketing specialist including promotional assets creation and material delivery

Support the consumer engagement team with administrative tasks (PO & invoices management)

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

1-3 years experience in marketing; delivering smart and effective marketing campaign and activation

A genuine passion for the outdoors, rural life, powersport and/or motorsport (engines & adrenaline) is a big plus

Highly detailed and organized, you are a self-starter who can work autonomously and strive to deliver over and above

Experience with vendor and agency collaboration

A very strong grasp of the English language to produce marketing messages with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English speakers on a daily basis
