Position Summary This role is responsible for benefits and retirement savings plan administration, billing, data analysis, reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities Benefits Administration:

  • Accountable for day-to-day group benefits, including group benefit enrollments, group benefits terminations, change requests, processing late applications.
  • Manage group benefits premiums and health care spending accounts billing, vendor payments, vendor-payroll data accuracy and reconciliation, data corrections and updates in payroll system.
  • Submit benefits premium changes updates to payroll via elections template and one-time adjustment entries.
  • Manage electronic fund withdrawals for benefits and retirement savings plans contributions for employees on leaves of absence.
  • Day-to-day administration of the group retirement savings plans, including processing enrollments, terminations, communication to employees.
  • Provides support to HR Business Partners and employees and answer employee questions coming to benefits inbox in a timely manner within the area of responsibility.

Compensation, Reporting And Data Analysis

  • Administer full-cycle of clinical services bonus calculation and payment.
  • Provide analytical support for salaried and hourly employees coast-to-coast, corporate and store employees.
  • Support HR Business Partners and Managers with preparations of bonus estimate calculations and total rewards statements
  • Support administration of annual wage review process.
  • Reporting and Analysis: salary survey submissions, generate vacancy rate, leave of absence and turnover reports.
  • Conduct semi-annual and quarterly data audits to ensure data quality in vendor platforms and internal payroll systems.

General Responsibilities

  • Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies, work with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement enhancements and elevate employee experience.
  • Draft and update process and procedural documentation.
  • Perform ad-hoc support as requested by Manager, including items such as testing, acquisitions, system implementations, audits and project work.
  • Partner with the HR team in the implementation, communication, and training of new total rewards programs to elevate employee experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years’ experience within human resources, data analysis, finance, compensation or benefits.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel – macros, look-ups, pivots.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Human Resources, Business or Finance preferred.
