Introduction to role
Are you ready to join a team that is dedicated to enhancing field force excellence? As part of our Capability Development team, you will collaborate with experts to design and implement initiatives that elevate field operations and performance. We are committed to fostering growth and innovation, delivering learning experiences that go beyond traditional methods. Our approach integrates adaptable micro-learning with targeted measurement, enabling seamless learning within the workflow. As a Digital Learning Manager, you will partner with Capability Development Managers to optimize learning plans and drive consistency across the enterprise.
Accountabilities
- Lead local strategic Learning and Content Management Systems (LCMS) transformation and evolution that further enhances AZC’s modern learning approach.
- Supervise local administrative, maintenance, and governance needs for the LCMS.
- Design and develop a robust digital learning strategy using innovative technologies to drive efficient learning experiences.
- Elevate team digital mastery for remote digital facilitation and recommend technology for maximum engagement.
- Provide user training and guidance to optimize digital learning technologies and platforms.
- Partner with the Commercial Innovation team to deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Maintain relationship with the Global Learning Excellence team for digital learning strategies.
- Track key performance indicators using qualitative data/metrics to measure impact.
- Create performance reports and impact maps regularly.
- Oversee content localization process for learning assets.
- Develop and maintain relevant SOPs related to learning system processes.
- Report and maintain monthly compliance and learning completion scorecard for audit purposes.
- Model AZ values and behaviors consistent with organizational culture.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset by leveraging in-house resources and managing third-party suppliers.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in adult education, learning instructional design, instructional technology, or related field
- Relevant experience with adult e-learning design principles
- Minimum of 3 years of instructional design, e-learning, and mobile design experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using an LMS and SCORM-related tools
- Strong understanding of digital, virtual, and experiential learning best practices
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is a plus
- Bilingualism is preferred
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Builds strong relationships and networks; collaborates effectively and challenges constructively
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and thinking agility
- Ability to manage multiple projects, plan tasks, and implement them effectively
- Inspires others and influences without authority using strong communication skills
