TIKI helps the African diaspora send money home with speed, trust and dignity. We are growing fast in UK, Canada and the US and we are looking for a Marketing and Growth Coordinator to own how we win it.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can build the strategy and run it. You will drive acquisition, hold on to the customers you win, and understand the diaspora deeply enough to market to it with real authenticity. You set the plan and you deliver the numbers.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Strategy and numbers: Build and run the local marketing strategy and deliver against clear acquisition, retention and growth targets. On-ground and digital growth: Lead activations, community partnerships, referral and loyalty, content and performance channels that bring customers in and keep them coming back. Customer insight: Understand the diaspora you serve across Nigerian, Gambian, Cameroonian, Ghanaian and wider West and East African communities, and turn what you learn into sharper marketing and a better product. Presence and people: Build the brand where the community already gathers, from places of worship and cultural associations to diaspora businesses, events and online networks, and manage the ambassadors, creators and partners who extend its reach.

WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER

Month-on-month growth in sign-ups and active users in your market. Stronger retention and repeat-transaction rates. A steady pipeline of activations and content, each tied to measurable return. Clear, regular reporting on performance, spend and market insight.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience in remittance, cross-border payments or diaspora-focused fintech, with a track record in growth, performance or field marketing. You have worked within or led a marketing team, and you are comfortable owning targets and being measured on them. Deep familiarity with the African diaspora in UK/Canada with genuine insight into how they live, send and decide. Data-literate – You can design a survey, read a dashboard and act on both. A strong content eye and a natural relationship-builder, equally at ease in a strategy session and at a community event. Self-directed and organised, able to run several priorities at once without close supervision.
