About the role

As a Team Leader at Pret A Manger, you will support the Management Team in running shifts, leading by example and ensuring the highest standards of customer service, food quality and shop cleanliness. You will motivate and guide team to create a welcoming and efficient working environment while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate team during shifts
  • Ensure excellent customer service and product quality
  • support stock management and daily operations
  • maintain shop cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
  • assist in training and developing team members

Requirements:

  • previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (hospitality/food service preferred)
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • passion for food quality and customer service
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends

Pret A Manger began in London in 1986 with a mission to provide fresh healthy sandwiches, wraps, salads and baguettes with organic coffee available to everyone at a great price. Since then, Pret can be found in countries around the world.

Toronto became the home of the first Pret location in Canada in early 2024 and will now be growing across our country!

We are located at 90 Adelaide St. West in downtown Toronto.
