Your Day to Day
-
Full-cycle talent acquisition of frontline Child and Youth Care Worker and Community Support Worker positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of needs and provide strategic consultation.

Source top talent using creative and effective strategies, managing the candidate selection process and administrative tasks.

Maintain strong relationships with post-secondary institutions and help navigate the practicum and co-op placement opportunities.

Create and manage compelling job postings that attract qualified candidates.

Review and pre-screen resumes to identify top talent.

Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

Collect and organize required documentation to ensure compliance.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You Bring To The Table
You are highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for identifying top talent, building strong relationships, and creating an exceptional candidate experience. With unmatched attention to detail and a strategic mindset, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Haves
- Progressive recruiting experience required.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) systems, such as BambooHR.
- Extensive knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards Code and the Alberta Human Rights Act.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong ability to manage the candidate selection process and source top talent efficiently.
- High level of self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. Clear Police Information Check (Criminal Record Check) obtained within the last 6 months.
Nice-To-Haves

RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter).

Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or candidate status.

Direct experience in Children's Services Intervention, Human Services, or Healthcare.
