Salary: $48,786.00/year - 60.982.00/year

What qualifications are we looking for?

Minimum of 2 years’ coordinator experience

Previous customer service experience

Competent computer skills including Word and Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Experience supervising, coaching, or providing day-to-day directions to staff

Able to multi-task and demonstrate strong time-management skills.

A knowledge of the Salesforce Platform would be an asset.

Current Standard First Aid and CPR C certification

Evidence of a clear Police Information Check and Vulnerable Sector Search

What does this role look like at YMCA Calgary?
The Digital Service Coordinator will be reporting to the GM, Digital Services & Administration. This is a full-time position and will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for YMCA Calgary’s Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the system, including system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and ongoing process optimization.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Supporting General Manager of Digital Services and Administration with the day-to-day operations of YMCA Calgary CRM
- Act as the designated trainer for the YMCA Calgary CRM, responsible for documenting standard CRM procedures, developing and delivering workshops, and creating and updating training resources.
- Oversee internal CRM support ticketing system (Elevate), ensuring tickets are triaged, tracked, escalated, and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Support the General Manager of Digital Services and Administration in organizational projects and processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing strong communication and troubleshooting skills to manage all internal inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Support YMCA Calgary’s CRM for membership sales, program management and administration functions.
- A thorough understanding of various aspects of business including strong knowledge of the facility layout, program offerings, public and all other event schedules, and emergency procedures
- Partner with departments to design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and metrics that provide visibility into business performance.
- Lead day-to-day operational discussions with the CRM vendor to ensure effective issue identification, escalation, and resolution.
- Supervise Digital Service Assistants, who are responsible for day-to-day internal ticket resolution, program and registration administration, and quality assurance test cycle support.
- Implement new system releases, including performing full-cycle quality assurance tests, development of release documentation, and end-user support for new feature enhancements.
