You will work closely with the Operations team within the Investment Operations sector, the Executive Director’s assistant, and other Investment assistants to ensure efficient and rigorous management of activities.

What You Will Accomplish With Us You will report directly to the Executive Director of the sector and, in a matrix structure, to the Senior Director of Investment Operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Support to the Operations team in the Investment Operations sector
- Act as a resource person for employees and partners of the team
- Plan and organize team meetings and events
- Draft and review communications
Support to the Workplace Environment practice within Investment Operations
- Support this practice within the Investment Performance team
- Help develop and maintain the practice’s partner network
- Assist the practice leader and the Executive Director in their initiatives
Support to the leaders of both teams
- Carry out requests based on leaders’ priorities
- Manage calendars, calls, business travel, expense reports, and other administrative tasks
- Provide advice to optimize individual organization
Resource person for the Investment assistants’ community
- Provide predefined cross-functional services based on your expertise and experience
- Ensure targeted replacements during absences
- Propose and implement improvements to processes and practices
What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a college diploma in office administration or a related field
- Has a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Has a strong interest in teamwork
- Is dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Has strong office software skills (especially Microsoft Office Suite including Copilot)
- Can responsibly handle and analyze data
- Has an advanced level of English, as the role involves responding to calls and emails in English and participating in meetings with English-speaking partners and clients on a daily basis
