Territory Sales Representative – Institutional Laundry (South Central U.S.)

As we continue expanding our U.S. presence, we are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to help drive our next phase of growth in the South Central region.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will build new partnerships, develop your territory, and directly contribute to the company’s success.

Role Overview
You will take ownership of a defined South Central U.S. territory, with a strong focus on new business development while building long-term client relationships.
Own and grow your assigned territory
Focus on 80% new business development / 20% account management Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → conversion → implementation Build trusted relationships through a consultative sales approach Travel up to 50% to meet clients and develop your pipeline Deliver on revenue targets and key performance metrics Maintain pipeline visibility and activity within CRM systems Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and associations
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in territory sales, business development, or a similar role Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to work independently and manage a territory from a home office Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable Willingness to travel across the region
Preferred
Experience in institutional laundry, healthcare textiles, or related industries
Existing relationships within the market Familiarity with NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP platforms
