Bethesda is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Director of Adult Clinical Services to join our Senior Leadership Team.
The Director of Adult Clinical Services will be responsible for the overall operation of all adult clinical related services. The Director will lead through a participative approach where possible and appropriate. The Director will employ a leadership methodology that is consistent with Bethesda’s Mission, Vision and Values.
This position will be based at the Schmon Parkway location but travel will be required throughout Niagara, Hamilton, Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk.
As the Director, Adult Clinical Services you will be expected to lead all operations to achieve established strategic priorities while maintaining or achieving established service targets. You will ensure all Adult Clinical operations achieve established financial targets while maintaining the focus of operations on the person receiving service. You will ensure that all operations provide quality, clinically sound, trauma informed services that ultimately improve the quality of life for people. You will inspire, hold accountable and guide all staff in a manner that is consistent with our Mission, Vision and Values.
As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and be involved in key organizational decisions and expected to lead with an organizational lens. You will lead in a manner that ensures the organization continues to lead the Developmental Services sector while ensuring appropriate risk management processes are engaged as we continue to focus on the individuals receiving services. You will foster and build our culture.
You possess a University Degree in a related field with preference being given to those with a relevant Master’s degree. You have previously led large staffing groups with a focus on strategic priorities in a senior leadership capacity. Previous experience within a similar role within the Developmental Services Sector is a definite benefit.
