The Intake Coordinator completes day to day intake duties and other office tasks as required.
The Position
- Responsible for patient intake including receiving and processing referrals using in-house documentation systems
- Documentation validation and reviewing
- Collaborate with internal and external administrative and clinical staff
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information

Education
- Minimum Grade 12 Education
- Completion of Office Administration or Healthcare Administration Post-Secondary an asset
Experience
- 6 months Data Entry or Coordinator experience is an asset
- Computer Skills
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Applications, and Adobe
