Are you a passionate and caring healthcare administrator with a high attention to detail who may be interested in joining an exceptional team of dedicated professionals working to provide outstanding care in the Greater Hamilton & Burlington Area.

The Intake Coordinator completes day to day intake duties and other office tasks as required.

The Position

  • Responsible for patient intake including receiving and processing referrals using in-house documentation systems
  • Documentation validation and reviewing
  • Collaborate with internal and external administrative and clinical staff
  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information

Education

  • Minimum Grade 12 Education
  • Completion of Office Administration or Healthcare Administration Post-Secondary an asset

Experience

  • 6 months Data Entry or Coordinator experience is an asset
  • Computer Skills
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Applications, and Adobe
