##Responsibilities for Health & Social Services Centre Security Guard
- Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the facility to maintain safety and security
- Monitor staff, clients, and visitors and respond to alarms, disturbances, or incidents
- Screen and admit visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor parking compliance and report violations
- Complete daily patrol logs, incident reports, and required documentation
- Manage access to secure areas and escort individuals when required
- Perform opening and closing duties, including door and alarm checks
- Provide support and assistance to staff as requested
##Qualifications for Health & Social Services Centre Security Guard
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- ValidManitoba Security Guard License
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Comfortable interacting with staff, clients, and visitors in a healthcare setting -First Aid Training and Use of Force certification considered an asset (or willingness to obtain)
