As a strong technical leader, you’ll help drive our Service Department forward. If you enjoy mentoring technicians, tackling complex diagnostic challenges, and keeping a shop operating at peak efficiency, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact!
AsShop Foreman, you’ll play a key leadership role in our service operation by:
- Leading a team of 6 licensed technicians, apprentices, and express technicians
- Providing advanced diagnostics and technical guidance on complex repairs
- Helping drive productivity while protecting repair quality
- Reducing comebacks and ensuring repairs are done right the first time
- Supporting technician development through coaching and mentorship
- Maintaining Honda technical and warranty standards
- You’ll be the go-to technical expert and leader in the shop.
What You Bring
- 310S Automotive Service Technician License
- Strong diagnostic expertise (mechanical & electrical)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a dealership service shop environment, with 3 years in a lead or supervisory role considered an asset
- Leadership ability and a passion for helping technicians succeed
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
