Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about rehabilitation, dedicated to patient recovery, and eager to contribute to a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to improve mobility, function, and overall well-being. Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and self-management strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapy assistants, kinesiologists, and massage therapists, to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and clinic initiatives.
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to patient care and professional development.
