Job Summary:
Unimatrix is seeking an entrepreneurial Technical Lead to join our leadership team. This unique role is designed for an IT consultant or small business owner who is an expert in technology but is tired of the administrative burdens of running their own company. We are offering an opportunity to merge your established client portfolio with ours.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead Client Transition: Serve as the primary relationship manager for your transitioned client base, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
• Provide Expert Support: Deliver high-level (Tier 2/3) technical support, strategic IT guidance, and project management for key accounts.
• Mentor and Collaborate: Act as a senior escalation point and mentor for our existing technical team, sharing your expertise and contributing to our knowledge base.
• Drive Strategy: Collaborate with Unimatrix leadership to identify new service opportunities, refine technical standards, and improve service delivery processes.
• Ensure Service Excellence: Uphold and improve upon our high standards for client communication, documentation, and problem resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently own and operate an independent IT consulting or Managed Service Provider (MSP) business.
• Manage an existing, transferable portfolio of business clients.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration, network management, and high-level IT support.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Proven expertise in network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi) and cybersecurity principles.
• Hardware & Server Management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers (Windows Server 2019/2022, Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, AWS.
• Familiarity with common RMM/PSA tools.
