Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay Range: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr (Compensation will be commensurate with education & experience.)
Travel: May be required to travel to project sites and client locations.
Rally Engineering Inc (“Rally”) is seeking a skilled & detail-oriented Planner/ Scheduler**. This role is critical in ensuring successful planning and execution of multi-disciplinary EPCM projects.**
****Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to gather input and align schedule activities with project objectives.
- Analyze and monitor progress, resource allocation, critical paths, and milestones.
- Provide regular progress updates, schedule forecasts, and reporting.
- Identify and communicate schedule risks and delays; recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support change management by assessing schedule impact of design or scope changes.
****Qualifications:
Required:
- 4-5 Years of proven Engineering and Construction Planning / Scheduling experience in heavy industrial / energy sector.
- Proficient in Primavera P6.
- Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
