Position Description
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office (Toronto) at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- 5+ years working as a Business Systems Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
- Experience in Agile development
- Proven strong communication skills
- Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
- Experience working in the Financial/Insurance industry / payment systems
- ISO20022 knowledge and knowledge of payment message
- Ability to read and understand data format definitions (YAML, JSON, XML, COBOL copybooks, etc)
- Experience in elicitation techniques such as document analysis, interviews, facilitated workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, surveys
- Requirements analysis and documentation such as data mapping, scope modelling, data modelling, business process modelling, use cases, activity diagrams
- Requirements management and communication – requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, backlog management
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Must haves:
5+ years of experience as a BSA with Payments domain preferrable with banking client.
- CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000–$130,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
