About the Opportunity: A leading industrial infrastructure organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee capital and maintenance projects at a large-scale processing facility in British Columbia. This site-based role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning through construction, commissioning, and project close-out. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute project strategies while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budget, schedule, and risk management requirements. Lead project teams and coordinate operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors, and other stakeholders. Maintain an active site presence, monitor construction activities, and support health, safety, and environmental objectives. Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and communication to management. Support capital planning initiatives and identify opportunities for operational improvements. Mentor site personnel and contribute to the development of project management standards and procedures. Qualifications: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of industrial brownfield project management experience, including construction and commissioning. Professional Engineer eligibility in Canada; PMP designation is considered an asset. Strong understanding of project controls, procurement, contracts, engineering standards, and stakeholder management. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
