Overview:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Technology Risk Management practice as a Senior Consultant, specifically within our Cybersecurity group (Governance, Strategy, and Transformation).
We are currently looking to strengthen our capabilities in the field of cyber governance, which is why we are seeking a candidate who will join us on this journey and help grow our practice through their expertise in the subject!
What you will do:
In collaboration with the team, you will be involved in the following assignments:

Conduct Cyber Maturity Assessments (CMA)

Develop cybersecurity strategies aligned with the business needs of organizations
-
Draft and support the implementation of cybersecurity roadmaps
-
Establish cybersecurity control frameworks
-
Write policies, standards, and guidelines
-
Deploy GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions
-
Integrate security into project lifecycles
-
Analyze cybersecurity costs to identify optimization opportunities
-
Assess the organizational capabilities of cybersecurity teams
-
Implement strategic cybersecurity dashboards for executive stakeholders
-
Contribute to business development efforts by responding to RFPs
What you bring to this role:
You hold a degree from an engineering school or a postgraduate program in Information Systems, or any other relevant qualification.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience working on projects or activities in a cybersecurity governance consulting role.
- Ideally, you hold certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001, ISO 27005.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Hands-on experience in change and quality management.
The selected candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex strategic topics to a diverse range of stakeholders. This must be done in both English and French, as part of our client base is located in English-speaking regions of Canada, such as Ontario.
