As the Manufacturing clerk, you will act as a support for manufacturing operations in order to optimize set-up times as well as the availability of equipment and rooms.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness as well as the cleaning delays and follow-ups.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble the equipment during the cleaning process according to the work procedures in place
- Clean equipment, rooms, furniture, accessories/tools, all the areas for GMP manufacturing, formulation laboratory and tooling room
- Update the documentation related to the cleaning processes (stickers, logbook, etc.)
- Perform a variety of simple tasks to support the operators or tasks related to his position
- Manipulate raw material drums, containers and in bulk using a forklift and/or a jigger
- Verify the appropriate functioning of the measuring instruments (balance, thermometer, micrometer, etc.)
- Respect the GMP and SST regulations (appropriate conduct and wearing PPE)
- Train and assist a colleague in a learning process
- Maintain the cleaning products and equipment and PPE inventory up to date
- Participate in the development or updating of procedures
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Excellent knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Good mechanical skills
- Autonomous and ability to work in a team
- Basic computer knowledge.
