Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a CRM Specialist based in Toronto. Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, the CRM Specialist will be responsible for leading various Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions implemented at Canadian Hearing Services. You will also participate in complex and time sensitive projects and work closely with program directors and vice presidents including assisting the Director, Information Technology with developing customized CRM solutions, researching and recommending enhancements to data collection systems, and establishing a comprehensive, efficient, and focused process for reporting on business performance against performance metrics.

This will be a contract, full-time position, working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate will have a University or College degree in a related subject, combined with a minimum of three (3) years' related working experience (preferably in the healthcare industry) with different operating systems (e.g. Windows 10, Apple, and iOS). You will also have three (3) years’ Microsoft Dynamics experience.

you are self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills and can consistently complete overlapping projects within tight deadlines. You have a sense of urgency and can handle a pressurized environment with the ability to manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines**.**

CHS requires you to be legally eligible for employment in Canada (Proof of legal ability to work in Canada will be required if a contingent offer of employment is made.)
