Job Description:

Wrapex is looking for a detailed-orientated and experience Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is key in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage source deductions and ensure timely government remittances.

• Prepare and submit GST payments in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Review and process payroll for accuracy prior to submission.

• Complete bank reconciliations on a regular basis.

• Oversee accounts payable, including vendor invoice processing and AP payment runs.

• Record and post-cash receipts accurately and in a timely manner.

• Support month-end processes and provide documentation for financial reporting.

• Collaborate with management and internal accountants as required.

• Add, prepare, and submit project billings.

Qualifications:

• Proven bookkeeping experience with a strong understanding of accounting principals.

• Hands-on experience with source deductions, GST payments, payroll review, bank reconciliations, AP payment runs, and posting cash receipts.

• Proficiency with accounting software ; Maestro experience is considered a strong asset.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills. and ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
