As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent behind our retail success. This maternity leave replacement offers a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role, supporting our boutiques across Canada by identifying, attracting, and elevating exceptional talent.
While this role is rooted in recruitment, we recognize that some of the strongest talent builders come directly from the boutique floor. We welcome candidates with recruitment experience, as well as proven retail leaders — particularly Store Managers, with a demonstrated track record of building high-performing teams and attracting exceptional talent.

Curate Exceptional Talent

Partner with Regional Leadership
Collaborate closely with Regional Managers to anticipate evolving hiring needs and deliver thoughtful, high-impact talent solutions across every region.

Orchestrate the Full Recruitment Journey
From role launch to refined onboarding, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process — creating a candidate experience that reflects the care, polish, and attention to detail synonymous with our brand.
The Expertise You Bring
Refined Recruitment Experience
You bring 2+ years of recruitment experience, within retail, fashion, or multi-location environments where both discretion and pace matter.
We also welcome experienced retail leaders — particularly Store Managers — who have demonstrated exceptional ability to recruit, build strong teams, and develop talent within their boutiques.
A Natural Eye for Talent
You are innately curious, highly perceptive, and skilled at building meaningful connections — with a discerning eye for talent that elevates teams and client experience alike.
Bilingual Fluency
