About the role
Nature et caractéristiques de la fonction :
L’étudiant veille à la sécurité des usagers de la patinoire située dans l’aréna du Complexe sportif. Il renforce les règles auprès des usagers et répond à leurs questions.
Principales responsabilités et tâches :

Accueillir et répondre aux questions des usagers;
-
Veiller à la sécurité et au respect des règles;
-
Répondre aux questions en lien avec les activités offertes par la Ville;
-
Compléter des rapports journaliers et aider le personnel avec des tâches administratives;
-
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Horaire et disponibilités :
-
Pour la période hivernale
-
L’étudiant doit être disponible pour l’un des quarts suivants ou les deux :
-
- Samedi :
18h30 à 20h30
-
- Dimanche :
13h30 à 16h00
-
Les besoins opérationnels pourraient entraîner certains ajustements à l’horaire.
-
Possibilités de remplacement à titre de Préposé(e) à l’accueil au Complexe sportif.
**Salaire :**18.00 $ / l’heure
Qualifications et exigences :
-
Être un étudiant à temps plein;
-
Bilingue (Ville au statut bilingue) ;
-
Détenir de l’expérience en service à la clientèle ;
-
Savoir patiner.
