Job Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Website Designer with expertise in Shopify to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly functional e-commerce websites. This role requires a strong foundation in digital and interaction design, web development, and a keen eye for aesthetics to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from logo design to full website development, utilizing cutting-edge tools and techniques. Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging Shopify e-commerce websites that align with brand identity and business goals.
• Create compelling visual content including graphics, motion graphics, and UI elements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
• Optimize website performance through SEO best practices and data analysis using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve website accessibility, navigation, and overall user experience.
• Maintain and update existing websites with fresh content, new features, and technical improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end designs with back-end systems using PHP, MySQL, Node.js, React, Angular, or other relevant technologies.
• Ensure web accessibility standards are met and maintain high usability across all platforms.
• Manage website maintenance tasks including troubleshooting issues, updating plugins or themes on Shopify or WordPress platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, UI/UX design, web development tools like Figma, InVision, Balsamiq, Sketch, Axure, and emerging technologies such as AJAX or Redux. Skills
• Proven experience in digital design, interaction design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics.
• Strong proficiency in Shopify platform customization along with WordPress knowledge.
• Expertise in front-end development including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (AJAX), Bootstrap framework.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies such as PHP, MySQL databases, Node.js, React or Angular frameworks.
• Skilled in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video editing with Adobe After Effects; prototyping tools like Figma or InVision.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies and web analytics tools including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and information architecture best practices.
• Data analysis skills to interpret user behavior metrics for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
