Position Overview Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Supervisor supports the oversight and supervision of staff, ensuring team performance and the proper execution of delegated tasks. As a brand ambassador, the Supervisor embodies the company’s values and represents upper management with professionalism. All actions and decisions are guided by collective success, service excellence, and the well-being of both customers and employees.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure service quality and atmosphere meet company and management standards.
- Manage workflow to guarantee smooth and efficient service.
- Evaluate daily performance through observation and actions, then provide coaching.
- Help identify career development opportunities for team members.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
- Oversee quality control and ensure standards, protocols, and regulations are respected.
- Communicate organizational needs so employees are set up for success.
- Supervise and act as a reference point for employees, offering guidance, support, and compassion.
- Step in to assist management when needed.
- Act as a liaison between staff and management, fostering strong communication.
Experience Qualifications for Success
- 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector (an asset).
- Hands-on floor experience with a solid understanding of restaurant operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in French and the ability to communicate in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to prioritize during high-volume periods.
- Natural leadership and team spirit.
- Motivation to learn and develop management skills.
- Ability to support the team in sales management and operational efficiency.

Work Schedule
- Full-time or Part-time
- Availability from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week
- Participation in both opening and closing shifts on a rotational basis
- Flexible hours: days, evenings, and weekends depending on restaurant needs.
